This view of Mill Road Patcham shows an unidentified class 47 probably one of the 'rivers' leaving Patcham Tunnel with a Brighton to Manchester working. Slide undated but post 1984. (Airconditioned stock and loco headlight). Looks like my Mk1 Vauxhall Astra to the right of the carpark. All this is now under the A27/A23 interchange.
