I started work for BR in 1978 with my first day on the railway as a CO1 relief clerk working in the Old Steine Travel Centre in Brighton. When possible I had my camera with me, these views from around the Brighton area date from the late 1970's through the 1980's. Locations include several in Brighton, Preston Park, Shoreham, Newhaven, Lewes, Three Bridges and Gatwick and many more. Also included are images I own taken by other photographers and where known these are credited.
