47580 'County of Essex' roars through the centre road at Redhill with 1O66 the 0718 Manchester Piccadilly to Brighton.

The 1980's timewarp website shows 47580 working the Glasgow to Brighton service on 27/3/89 which would fit in the timeframe but that would make this about 1930 in the evening at Redhill and this looks too light for that. A photo on the http://www.stratford47group.co.uk/ website shows the loco with a diffecrent rake of coaches on 1O90 and it is not possible for the loco to work both.
