The BRCW class 33's were amongst the most successful of British Rails Diesel classes. Built for the Southern Region they were seriously underexploited until the 1980's when they spread their wings and worked services to far flung destinations such as Penzance, Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham as well as on home region such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Brighton, Salisbury and of course Exeter. I have images of almost every locomotive and they are all displayed here. Most are 35mm slides or negs but there are also some Medium Format negatives.
