This group contains the photos that were originally hosted at Fotopic. They are of various Railway accidents big and small mainly on the former Southern Region of British Rail. The photos were recovered from the rubbish bin in Southern House during the 1980's by my work collegue Pete Beyer.
There are also images supplied by Derek Burton, Dave Sharratt and myself.
I think all the captions are now all restored although some are lacking detail...If you can help please let me know.
Despite the damage shown of these photos British Railways remain one of the safest forms of transport on the planet and will remain so.
